Installing on iPhone and Android
iPhone: Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. On iOS 17.4 and newer you can skip the camera entirely and tap the one-tap install link in the email.
Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM. Pixel, Galaxy and most recent mid-range devices support the same flow, and Android 10+ handsets get the same one-tap link.
If your phone can't take it
Devices older than an iPhone XS or Pixel 3 don't support eSIM. If the profile won't install on a supported handset, we reissue it or refund — say the word within 30 days.

How quickly will I get the QR code?

Do I need to be at my destination to buy?
No. Buy and install at home over Wi-Fi, then enable the line when you land. That's the smoothest way to do it.
What if the email never arrives?
Check spam, then use Order Lookup with your tracking code or email address to pull the QR code directly. Support can resend it too.
Can I buy several eSIMs at once?

Is there a refund if my phone isn't compatible?
If the profile has not been installed, contact support@cryptoesim.io and we'll sort it out. Once a profile is installed and active it can't be returned, which is standard for digital SIM goods.
