    What is a Crypto eSIM?

A crypto eSIM is an ordinary eSIM data profile purchased with cryptocurrency instead of a card. Same carriers, same 4G/5G speeds — a completely different checkout, with no account, no contract and no identity check attached to the line.

How a crypto eSIM differs from a normal eSIM

Technically it doesn't. The profile you install is a standard GSMA eSIM, provisioned by a licensed carrier partner and installed through your phone's built-in Settings flow. Nothing exotic runs on the device.

The difference is everything around it: no signup wall, no stored payment method, no name on file, and no monthly billing relationship. You buy a fixed bucket of data, it expires, and that's the end of it.

    Who uses a crypto eSIM

Long-term travellers and digital nomads who cross borders faster than a local SIM contract makes sense. Crypto-paid teams who'd rather expense from a treasury wallet than reconcile a corporate card in nine currencies.

And privacy-minded users who simply don't want a telecom account tied to their legal identity for a two-week trip. Coverage, speed and support are identical either way.

    Crypto eSIMs, explained

    Is a crypto eSIM a real eSIM?+

Yes. It's a standard GSMA eSIM profile from a licensed carrier partner, installed via your phone's normal eSIM settings. Only the payment rail is different.

    Which phones support it?+

Any eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked handset — iPhone XS and newer, Pixel 3 and newer, Galaxy S20 and newer, and most recent mid-range Android devices.

Does a crypto eSIM give me a phone number?+

No. These are data-only plans. Calls and texts work over WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, FaceTime or any VoIP app.

    Is it legal?+

Yes. We're Secure Communications Global Ltd, a UK-registered company (No. 15878644), reselling licensed carrier data. Some countries mandate SIM registration for local SIMs; roaming eSIM profiles are treated differently.

    How private is it really?+

We collect an email address and a payment. No name, no address, no ID, no card on file. Your carrier traffic is still visible to the network operator as with any SIM — it's private, not anonymous at the radio layer.
