    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using CryptoeSIM.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    CryptoeSIM.io is an online marketplace for purchasing eSIM data plans for use in 190+ countries. All plans are data-only — they provide internet connectivity but do not include voice calls or SMS services. Payments are accepted via cryptocurrency (300+ coins including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from CryptoeSIM.io. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

    4. Payments & Pricing

    All prices are displayed in USD. We accept payment via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and 300+ other coins), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cryptocurrency amounts are calculated at the time of checkout based on live exchange rates. Once a crypto payment is initiated, the amount is locked for the duration of the payment window.

    We are not responsible for cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations or network transaction fees (gas fees) charged by blockchain networks.

    5. eSIM Delivery

    Upon confirmed payment, your eSIM QR code will be automatically provisioned and delivered to the email address provided at checkout — typically within 2–10 minutes. Delivery times may vary in rare cases due to network congestion.

    You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address. CryptoeSIM.io is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters blocking delivery.

    6. Refund Policy

    Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of eSIM products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the eSIM QR code has been provisioned and delivered.

    Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

    • Technical failure on our part preventing eSIM delivery after confirmed payment
    • The eSIM is proven defective and cannot be activated after following all troubleshooting steps

    To request an exception, contact support@cryptoesim.io within 48 hours of purchase with your order number.

    7. Device Compatibility

    It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing. CryptoeSIM.io is not liable for purchases made for incompatible or carrier-locked devices.

    8. Prohibited Use

    You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or violating the laws of your jurisdiction.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    CryptoeSIM.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
