Do CryptoeSIM Plans Support Hotspot?

Yes — all CryptoeSIM plans support hotspot and tethering by default. You can share your data with laptops, tablets, or any WiFi-capable device. No extra charge and no separate configuration for most countries. The only exception is Japan, which requires a one-time APN setting.

Hotspot on iPhone with eSIM

1. Ensure your eSIM is connected (Data Roaming ON — see Data Roaming guide)
2. Settings → Personal Hotspot → Allow Others to Join: ON
3. Connect other devices to the WiFi network named after your iPhone

Japan only: Set APN to vmobile.jp before hotspot will work — see Japan APN guide.

Hotspot on Samsung Galaxy with eSIM

1. Settings → Connections → Mobile Hotspot and Tethering → Mobile Hotspot: ON
2. Configure a password and connect other devices

Hotspot on Android (General)

1. Settings → Network & Internet → Hotspot & Tethering → Wi-Fi Hotspot: ON
2. Set a network name and password

• Keep devices close — WiFi degrades with distance
• Check data balance at cryptoesim.io/order-lookup before heavy use
• 1 hour HD video ≈ 1.5GB of data

Hotspot Not Working?

Japan users: Set APN to vmobile.jp. Check your eSIM is the mobile data SIM. Restart device after enabling hotspot. Still failing — contact support.
